Key Responsibilities:

 

- Provide prompt and effective customer support via various channels (chat, email, and phone).

- Demonstrate quick-witted decision-making capabilities to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

- Contribute to the enhancement of customer support processes and procedures.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of BaadMay's products and services.

- Monitor customer feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement.

- Exhibit the ability to work independently and make reasonable decisions on the spot.

- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

 

- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is a plus.

- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
