Customer Service & Supply Chain Coordinator

 

Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Customer Service Coordinator to support our growing operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes ownership of delivering exceptional service to customers and internal stakeholders.

As a key member of our operations team, you will coordinate logistics activities, manage customer communications, monitor orders and deliveries, and ensure seamless collaboration across departments.

 

 

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Excellence

·        Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, shipments, inquiries, and issue resolution.

·        Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professional, timely, and effective communication.

·        Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure prompt follow-up through resolution.

·        Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination

·        Coordinate and monitor order processing, shipment schedules, and delivery timelines.

·        Work closely with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

·        Track orders and proactively communicate delays, changes, or potential issues.

·        Assist in inventory management and logistics planning activities.

Operational Accuracy & Attention to Detail

·        Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

·        Review orders, shipping information, and inventory data for accuracy.

·        Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and support corrective actions.

·        Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards.

Systems & Reporting

·        Utilize Microsoft Office applications, ERP systems, and other business platforms to manage daily operations.

·        Generate reports and maintain operational data as required.

·        Support process improvements through effective use of technology and system tools.

Team Collaboration & Communication

·        Collaborate effectively with customer service, operations, procurement, logistics, and management teams.

·        Communicate professionally with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

·        Contribute to a positive team culture focused on accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

 

 

QualificationsRequired

·        Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

·        2+ years of experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field.

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·        Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

·        High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·        Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
