Description:

NetX International is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent support for a great customer experience.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and in-person.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction in a professional manner.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes.

Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.

Achieve performance metrics including response time and resolution rate.

 

 

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, manage stress, and handle challenging situations.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems.

Fluency in English and Urdu (spoken and written).
