NetX International is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent support for a great customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction in a professional manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Achieve performance metrics including response time and resolution rate.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage stress, and handle challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu (spoken and written).
