🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with international customers
• Provide product information and resolve queries effectively
• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Communicate fluently and professionally in English (both spoken and written)

✅ Requirements:

• Fluent English (Must-have)
• Previous international customer service or sales experience is a plus
• Willing to work night shifts
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Minimum education: Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred)
