Customer Service Sales Representative

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Representative at Axxon BPO located in Rawalpindi District. The Customer Service Sales Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, upselling and cross-selling products, processing orders, and resolving customer complaints. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
