Simply Connect is looking for a motivated and results-driven Inbound Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to turn customer inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from US customers and understand their requirements
• Promote and sell US Telecom products and services
• Recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs
• Achieve daily, monthly, and campaign sales targets
• Build positive customer relationships and provide excellent service
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Inbound Sales, Call Center Sales, or International Sales
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Previous US Telecom experience is preffered
