Customer Service Representative

Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Last Mile Operations profiles to support and optimize delivery operations for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in logistics operations, strong coordination skills, and excellent English communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with drivers to manage pickup and delivery schedules efficiently
Oversee daily operations of the delivery center
Resolve delivery-related issues, delays, and escalations promptly
Ensure effective route planning and load distribution
Monitor and ensure timely and efficient load management

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in US logistics or last mile operations
Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
