Customer Service Representative

 

Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Last Mile Operations Specialist to support and optimize delivery operations for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in logistics operations, strong coordination skills, and excellent English communication.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with drivers to manage pickup and delivery schedules efficiently
  • Oversee daily operations of the delivery center
  • Resolve delivery-related issues, delays, and escalations promptly
  • Ensure effective route planning and load distribution
  • Manage and support the onboarding of 1099 delivery drivers as required
  • Monitor and ensure timely and efficient load management

 

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in US logistics or last mile operations
  • Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
