Customer Service Representative

 

Description:

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for our night-shift operations. You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, resolving queries quickly and keeping service standards high.

 

What You’ll Do

Handle Customer Queries: Respond to calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally and promptly.

Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot problems, process requests, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain Records: Log interactions accurately in the CRM and update customer information.

Escalate When Needed: Identify issues beyond your scope and escalate to the right team with clear details.

Meet Targets: Maintain KPIs for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

 

What We’re Looking For

Communication: Clear spoken and written English and Urdu.

Experience: 6 months+ in customer service, call center, or support roles preferred. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Skills: Good typing speed, basic computer proficiency, and comfort with CRM tools.

Attitude: Patient, proactive, and able to stay calm under pressure during night shifts.
