What You’ll Be Doing:
Chatting with customers on calls (inbound & outbound) and helping them place or keep their orders.
Using your sales magic to convince customers to stay on board.
Answering questions and sorting out complaints via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
Helping with refunds, exchanges, order status – all while keeping it professional and friendly.
Keeping things organized by using our CRM system like a pro.
Listening carefully and offering real solutions that make customers feel heard and helped.
What We’re Looking For:
You speak and write fluent English (good grammar is a must).
You've worked in an international call center and have at least 1 year of sales/customer service experience.
You know how to turn a “maybe” into a “yes!” and leave customers smiling.
You’re competitive (in a good way), ambitious, and always thinking ahead.
You have an O Levels/Matric or above
Fast fingers for typing and quick thinking under pressure.
