Customer Service Representative

 

Description:

We are looking for experienced and professional Call Center Agents / Dispatchers to manage reservations, customer communication, and driver coordination for a U.S. based company.

 

Only apply if you have prior experience handling international calls or working in a U.S. campaign.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and messages from U.S. clients regarding reservations, quotes, and service updates.
  • Enter booking details accurately in the dispatch/reservation software.
  • Coordinate with drivers and affiliates for timely pickups and smooth service delivery.
  • Track ongoing trips, handle real-time issues, and communicate updates clearly.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through professional, proactive communication.

 

Must-Have Qualifications:

✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Call Center / Dispatcher role (preferably night shift, U.S.-based clients).

Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written.

✅ Strong typing speed and familiarity with computer systems.

✅ Ability to multitask efficiently under pressure and manage time-sensitive operations.

Detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual, no attendance issues tolerated.

✅ Comfortable working evenings, nights, weekends, and U.S. holidays.

✅ Must be willing to work on-site (no remote option).
