We’re looking for someone organized, responsible, and customer-focused who can ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and online queries.
  • Monitor the automated dispatch system and ensure timely job completion.
  • Coordinate with field teams and resolve on-ground issues.
  • Maintain records and daily reports.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Prior experience in customer support or dispatch (preferred).
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving ability.
