As an Associate Technical CSR at Clyro, you will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution and excellent client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries and concerns
- Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure timely project progress
- Maintain and update project details using CRM tools
- Build strong client relationships by offering consistent communication and timely updates
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements
- Take ownership of the full client communication lifecycle, from initial inquiry to post-project feedback.
- Understand client needs and convert inbound leads into successful sales opportunities

Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Everhour, ClickUp, or any CRM tool
- Prior internship or experience in a client-facing or coordination role
- Interest in UI/UX or design-based industries
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Management, Communications, or IT-related fields)
