Customer Service Representative

 

Description:

As an Associate Technical CSR at Clyro, you will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution and excellent client experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for client queries and concerns
  • Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure timely project progress
  • Maintain and update project details using CRM tools
  • Build strong client relationships by offering consistent communication and timely updates
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements
  • Take ownership of the full client communication lifecycle, from initial inquiry to post-project feedback.
  • Understand client needs and convert inbound leads into successful sales opportunities

Must-Haves

  • Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of client interaction or project coordination

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with tools like CRM, task managers, and trackers
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities

 

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Everhour, ClickUp, or any CRM tool
  • Prior internship or experience in a client-facing or coordination role
  • Interest in UI/UX or design-based industries
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Management, Communications, or IT-related fields)
