Description:

FLY ACE TRAVELS is seeking a Customer Service Representative with proven experience in the travel industry to provide excellent customer support and booking services. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their travel needs are handled smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from clients
  • Book domestic and international flights, hotels, and travel packages
  • Provide accurate travel information, pricing, and itinerary options
  • Resolve customer concerns and follow up on pending issues
  • Maintain client records and ensure timely follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a travel agency or similar travel-related role (MUST)
  • Strong communication skills (English & Urdu)
  • Familiarity with GDS systems (Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus) is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset
