Virtual Vxperts provides IT solutions and virtual assistant services to businesses globally. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Client Services Representative to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth and efficient communication between our company and our clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer client calls and handle inquiries professionally
  • Respond to client emails promptly and accurately
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to client support
  • Maintain clear and organized records of client interactions and follow-ups
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate department when needed

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or related roles
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries
  • Professional, courteous, and client-focused demeanor
  • Must be available to work on-site during scheduled hours
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
