Vortex, a dynamic and tech-driven customer support company located in Johar Town, Lahore, is looking to expand its team with dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives (CSR) – Chat Support. As a Chat Support CSR, you will be responsible for handling real-time customer inquiries via live chat platforms. You will serve as the voice of the company, ensuring prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance to customers, while maintaining high standards of service quality and satisfaction.

Manage and respond to live chat inquiries promptly and professionally
Offer clear and accurate information about products or services
Document all customer interactions and updates accurately in the CRM system
Strive to meet or exceed performance targets related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex issues or escalate where necessary
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers at all times
Prior chat support experience is a plus, but not required
Strong English writing and communication skills are essential
Ability to type at least 35+ words per minute with accuracy
Comfortable working in evening (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) and night shifts (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM)
Familiarity with support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms is a bonus
Quick learner with problem-solving mindset and multitasking ability
