Description:

Pakzon Electric Motors is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Lahore showroom located on Ferozpur road. The ideal candidate will be the face of our brand, providing excellent service to walk-in customers, handling inquiries, and supporting day-to-day showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide product information on electric bikes and scooters
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently
  • Coordinate with the sales team and service staff for smooth operations
  • Maintain customer records and assist with documentation
  • Keep the showroom organized and presentable
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives when needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor's degree
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or showroom sales preferred
  • Good communication skills (Urdu & basic English)
  • Friendly personality with a positive attitude
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, WhatsApp)
  • Punctual and reliable
