Ibex. Pakistan, a leader in customer experience solutions, is actively hiring Customer Service Representatives for its high-performing contact center based in Karachi. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for international clients, delivering excellent service, resolving inquiries, and representing ibex. with professionalism and efficiency. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, fluent in English, and eager to grow within the customer service and BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and effective solutions
Maintain a positive and professional tone with clients at all times
Document customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately
Resolve complaints or escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, call quality, and response time
Work in rotational shifts (any 9 hours between 4 PM to 11 AM) as assigned by the management
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum education: O/A Levels or a Bachelor's Degree
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
A positive, can-do attitude and a desire to provide outstanding service
Willingness to work rotational shifts in a fast-paced environment
