Role Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Resolve product, order, and delivery issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills both in English & Urdu(verbal and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service (fashion/e-commerce is a plus).
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and social platforms.
  • A problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask.
