Description:
YSF Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team in Lahore. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to provide excellent customer service and contribute to the company's customer satisfaction efforts. The role involves handling customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. The selected candidate will be expected to resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information.
As a key part of the team, you will maintain customer records, follow up on inquiries, and ensure that service standards are consistently met. The position requires working from 6 PM to 3 AM, making it ideal for those who prefer evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Resolve complaints with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency
Provide accurate and timely information using available tools
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure full satisfaction
Maintain comprehensive records of customer communications
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
Positive attitude, patience, and a problem-solving mindset
Familiarity with customer service tools and CRMs is a plus
Experience in the BPO or service industry will be an advantage
