Key Responsibilities:

  • Make cold calls to potential UK clients for ACCA, AAT, and accountancy practice services.

  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for the management team.

  • Provide exceptional service, handling basic client queries professionally and efficiently.

  • Maintain clear and organized records of all client interactions and leads.


Requirements:

  • Must have a laptop, stable internet connection, and a quality headset.

  • Friendly, professional phone demeanor with excellent communication skills.

  • Confidence, independence, and strong time management abilities.

  • Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn, grow, and achieve performance-based earnings.
