Customer Service Representative

Tech-Tations is actively seeking Customer Service Representatives to join its team in Johar Town, Lahore. This is an exciting night shift opportunity designed for customer service professionals who excel in providing top-notch support across phone, chat, and email channels. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have expertise with Zendesk or other CRM platforms, this is your chance to work with a forward-thinking organization.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with product inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring they receive a seamless customer experience. You will work in rotational shifts between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM, with rotating days off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding products and services.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and offer effective resolutions.
• Meet or exceed performance targets for response time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with team members and management to continually improve service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and update customer accounts using Zendesk or other CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or BPO).
• Strong English communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Zendesk or any recognized CRM platform is mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work night shifts and handle rotational offs.
• Ability to work 6 days a week.
