Description:

Laxycone is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join the team. This role requires individuals who can communicate effectively with customers across multiple channels, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media platforms.
✅ Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
✅ Provide accurate information about products and services.
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, or escalate to appropriate teams when necessary.
✅ Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring all processes comply with company policies.

Qualifications:
🎓 Education: Bachelors or Intermediate

Working Hours:
⏰ 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
