Both office-based and online (remote) work options are available for selected candidates.Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently.
✅ Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer issues promptly.
✅ Maintain customer records and update CRM systems with relevant details.
✅ Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
✅ Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
✅ Meet or exceed performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.Requirements:
✔ Excellent communication skills in English & Urdu (both verbal and written).
✔ Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
✔ Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
