Customer Service Representative

 

Description:

1.⁠ ⁠Manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment.

2.⁠ ⁠Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and imagery on the website.

3.⁠ ⁠Assist customers with inquiries, order tracking, returns, and product information via email, chat, or phone.

4.⁠ ⁠Work closely with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any shipping-related issues.

5.⁠ ⁠Continuously improve the customer support process by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions.

6.⁠ ⁠Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends, common issues, and opportunities for improvement.
