Description:
1. Manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment.
2. Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and imagery on the website.
3. Assist customers with inquiries, order tracking, returns, and product information via email, chat, or phone.
4. Work closely with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any shipping-related issues.
5. Continuously improve the customer support process by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions.
6. Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends, common issues, and opportunities for improvement.
