Customer Service Representative

 

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative must be able to work night shifts.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service orientation and experience in customer support
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in call center environments and familiarity with call center software and systems
  • Fluent in English and Urdu languages
  • Bachelor's degree in communication, business, or related field
  • Experience in e-commerce or the tech industry is a plus
