Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a (US Based) Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support experience
  • Availability to work for a long term
  • Ability to exceed Customer Satisfaction goals
  • Minimum 2 years of Experience in Customer Service and Customer Experience is a must (Non Negotiable)
  • Excellent English communication skills written and verbal (Non Negotiable)
  • Past experience of data mining is an added advantage
  • Ability of data scrapping
  • Quick learner
  • Excellent phone etiquettes and call handling skills
  • To-do attitude
  • Thinking out of the box and providing impacting solutions
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience in CRM systems (Non Negotiable)
