Description:

• Customer handling and solving their issues hand to hand under the processes.

• Coordination with the teams to resolve chronic issues.

• Works in campaign/sales in heavy load to giving extra hours (when needed).

• Maintain quality and productivity & ensure customer satisfaction

• Taking escalations and solving customer’s issues

• Discuss critical and chronic issues with reporting authority

• Meeting the Productivity and Quality KPI as per the target assigned.

• Have good leadership skills, and the ability to guide junior team members.
