Description:

As a German Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch product support and assistance. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone calls and email tickets, providing support in both English and German languages.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional product support to customers via phone and email.

Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and answer product-related questions in a professional and efficient manner.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes and procedures.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

Fluent in both German and English languages (spoken and written).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Availability to work 6 days a week.
