Customer Service Representative

 

Description:

We are currently looking for potential candidates for the position of Call Center Agent. The role will involve making inbound and outbound phone calls, building rapport with customers, and screening leads. Agents will be expected to work from Monday to Friday, from 5 pm to 2 am; weekends are off.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls, take messages, and screen cases on behalf of multiple businesses

• Perform outbound call follow-ups to obtain signed documents and set up appointments

• Learn and assist in executing lead qualification and closing processes for our clients

• Respond to new client inquiries through live online chats to screen and evaluate leads

• Build relationships and act as the first point of contact for businesses

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills

• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be a team player with a 'CAN DO' attitude

• Must be a fast learner
