As Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible to resolve customer complaints. You will be closely working with different departments to get higher growth opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
  • Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods to bookme’s customers
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
