Customer Service Representative

 

Description:

•Must be able to conduct outbound calls a day

•Must have Excellent communication skills, including a pleasant phone demeanor

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where changes are common

•Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

•Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

•Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

•Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

•Perform other duties as assigned by management

•Willing to work during US hours (7 pm onwards)
