Arrivals Canada Immigration Pakistan is looking for a Client Care Representative.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deal directly with clients face to face
- Listen to clients’ questions and concerns and provide answers or responses
- Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information about services by using the right methods/tools
- Generate sales leads
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with client accounts through open and interactive communication
- Meet personal/client service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process clients accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage clients
- Answer all incoming calls with a friendly demeanour
- Conduct outbound calls to follow-up with clients
- Respond promptly to clients’ communications via email, phone, and texting platforms
- Record clients' information in the database and update it regularly
