Description:

• Manage large number of outbound Calls.
• Generate Sales Leads.
• Assessing and identifying customer’s needs and satisfaction.
• Use valid accurate tools to gather complete information.
• Follow communication “Scripts” procedures, polices, and guidelines. While handling different campaigns.
Skills Requirements:
• Fresh or experience CSR.
• Ability of international call handling.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Multitasking.
• Time Management.
• Able to work Evening and Night shifts (6pm to 4am)
Qualification:
• High School.
• Graduate.
• Master.
Working Hours:
• 7 PM – 5 AM
