Description:
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible to facilitate patients queries over calls and chat.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Answer the incoming calls & respond to patient request.
- Provide patients with service information, entertain patient with information in call center as per scope of services.
- Post data of call electronically on daily basis.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Check the availability of the desired consultant on required date & time.
- Update on-call notice board.
- Fix appointment as per availability of slot & according to patient’s need.
- Inform patient in case of concerned service is closed.
- Keep monitoring new jobs on portal and coordinate with the concerned department to get the job completed on time.
- Complaint handling and doing Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Be polite & courteous while dealing with patients, visitors & attendants.
