THE ROLE:

1. Manage inbound calls, emails and social media inquiries

2. Efficiently handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up in time to ensure resolution of the issues

3. Ensure that the right communication procedures, guidelines and processes are being followed

THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE ROLE:

Graduate with 01-03 Years of relevant experience

Excellent communication skills as well as teamwork and multitasking abilities

Strong grip on tools such as MS Office Applications,

CRM Systems and Practices
