Customer Service Representative

 

Description:

Call Centre Agents Ideally, UK returns individuals / Call Centre experience / UK Campaigns. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.

You will be helping us deliver International level customer service in collaboration with internal and external customers (major multiples) ensuring that all orders, queries and complaints are managed in an efficient and effective manner.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms

Eligibility Criteria

This is a role for a confident, enthusiastic and resilient individual with strong British English communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

You will be joining a friendly and experienced team with great passion and a desire to deliver customer service excellence.

  • At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
