Customer Service Officer

 

Description:

- Act as a primary contact with knowledgeable information for customer facilitation across all communication mediums.
- Go the extra mile to engage and delight customers on an individual level.
- Unscripted and interactive communication for delivering Customer value and positive brand image.
- Educate company policies and procedures to Customers in a professional manner.
- Compile regular reports on overall customer satisfaction
- Communicate and coordinate within the e-commerce and other departments including retail operations.

Required Experience:
4-5 years core working experience in Customer Services Department (Preferably FMCG / Retail / E-Commerce business)

Required Qualification:
Having at least Bachelor's Degree qualification (BBA, B.Com)
