Qualification: Bachelors

Experience: Fresh to 1 year

Job Requirements:

Conduct outbound and inbound calls, for follow-ups and investigations of cases where required

Provide a response on live chat on Adamjee Life's website

Coordinate with the operations team on day in & day out activities on assigned tasks, ensuring their completion within TAT

Provide content for the news letters

Assist in documentation & process revisions

Take reports & submission presentations for the front-end team on a monthly basis
