HRSI is looking “Customer Service Executive” for one of its clients.

Position: Customer Service Executive

Locations: Lahore, Faisalabad, Peshawar

Education: Bachelors (Top Universities pass out will be prefer).

Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 per Month.

Job Type: Permanent

Total Experience: 1 – 2 Years in Customer Service.

Gender: Female

Requirements:

Communicate effectively with customers and prospects via chat.

Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet.

Learn the psychology of Internet customers and work with them accordingly to assist in closing the Transaction.

Learn product to provide the most accurate responses to customers.

Provide exceptional service as you respond to questions.

Respond to customers in an expected timely manner and can manage multiple chats at a time.

Handle problems of the customer and provide resolution as per the SOP.

Work and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure user queries are resolved in a short turnaround time.

Should be able to work in a fast-paced and busy environment.

Follow pre-defined SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and policies.
