Qualification and Experience:

  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Experience in Zendesk, Gorgias, and Kustomer-type CRM.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support role or supervision.
  • Availability for night shifts.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Email Queries, Live Chat, and Calls with international clients.
  • Proficiency in computer operations and using MS Office and Excel.
  • Can manage and train subordinates on projects for which he has expertise.
  • No sales, targets, or commission-based work.
