This is a full-time & Part-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Karāchi. The Customer Service Executive will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about services. The role requires maintaining a professional demeanor while delivering excellent service and ensuring the highest standards of customer experience.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Proven experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, and resolving customer issues
  • Ability to manage Customer Service Management tasks and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an asset.
