Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels.

Problem Resolution:

  • Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex problems and ensure customer needs are met.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
  • Stay informed about product updates, changes, and promotions.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Document customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve overall service quality.

Customer Education:

  • Educate customers on product features, usage, and best practices to enhance their overall experience.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams based on customer interactions to contribute to product and service improvements.

Quality Assurance:

  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure service excellence and adherence to established standards.

 

Qualifications:

· High proficiency in spoken English language.

· Proven experience in customer service or a related role.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.

· Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

· Pleasant demeanor, courteous and polite.

· Strong interpersonal communication skills.

· Team Player.

· Minimum Education: A Levels or Bachelors.
