Growatt New Energy, a global leader in smart energy solutions, is looking for a Customer Service Engineer (CSR Engineer) to join our Pakistan team. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting customers, diagnosing inverter-related issues, and ensuring superior after-sales service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot inverter and PV system issues, and provide professional technical support.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution while maintaining service satisfaction standards.
- Record and manage customer information, service cases, and feedback in accordance with company procedures.
- Provide accurate technical advice and operational guidance to customers and partners.
- Conduct satisfaction surveys, service follow-ups, and remote diagnostics where required.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure continuous improvement in service processes.
- Support internal communication between customers, service centers, and HQ.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering discipline.
- Experience: 1+ year in customer service, technical support, or the solar/PV industry (preferred).
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Urdu; Chinese language skills will be an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of solar inverters, MS Office, and CRM tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
- Work Ethic: A proactive team player with adaptability and willingness to learn.
