Customer Service Associate

 

Description:

Dun & Bradstreet Pakistan is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team at the Lahore office.

 

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor’s in Business Administration from an accredited institute.

 

Experience:

• Preferably 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Promptly addressing all concerns raised by banks in close coordination with line manager & sales lead.

• Preparing order forms & invoices for customers and responding to all bank queries on a day-to-day basis.

• Ensuring all the orders are timely recorded on the system and reconciled monthly for management reporting.

• Proactively following up with clients for outstanding payments.

• Sending weekly monthly usage summaries to clients and dispatch hard copies of the delivered reports & invoices.

• Occasionally visiting clients for collection of documents.

• Participating in occasional projects requiring collaboration with internal research teams, on call B2B interviews, or fields visits within the region.

• Preparing customized research report on occasional basis.

 

Required Skills & Personal Attributes:

• Must be a Team Player and is focused on the shared success of the department & Company.

• Has the ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment and is comfortable with change.

• Should have good analytical and communication skills.

• Should be proficient in MS Office.
