Description:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused professional with experience in customer service, client support, and account opening for equity brokerage house. The role involves end-to-end client onboarding, handling client queries, and resolving complaints to ensure a smooth and professional client experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and engage potential and existing clients to guide them through the account opening process
  • Handle end-to-end client onboarding, including documentation, KYC, and system entry
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely account activation
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries related to accounts, trading access, and basic operational matters
  • Resolve client complaints efficiently and escalate issues where required
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
  • Assist in client retention by providing consistent and professional support
  • Follow up with inactive or newly onboarded clients to ensure smooth onboarding experience

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client support, or account opening
  • Prior experience with equity brokerage will be preferred
  • Familiarity with CDC account opening, KYC requirements, and brokerage systems is a strong plus
  • Good understanding of stock market basics will be an advantage
