NexGen Couture is a growing handmade couture brand specializing in customized formal, bridal and occasion wear. We’re looking for a **Junior Customer Service & Sales Representative** to join our remote team and help us deliver an excellent customer experience from inquiry to dispatch.

**What You’ll Do**

* Handle customer queries through **WhatsApp, Instagram and other channels**.
* Guide customers regarding products, fabrics, sizes, customization, pricing, timelines, shipping and payments.
* Manage and accurately record customer orders, measurements, delivery details and special instructions.
* Send final order summaries and obtain customer confirmation before production.
* Coordinate with production teams regarding **dyeing, embroidery, stitching and dispatch**.
* Keep customers updated throughout the production process.
* Follow up on pending orders, payments and approvals.
* Identify delayed or high-risk orders and escalate them to the appropriate senior/production team.
* Handle complaints professionally and empathetically without becoming defensive.
* Look for natural opportunities to recommend relevant NexGen products and accessories.

* Comfortable managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
* Familiar with WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Sheets/Docs and basic digital tools.
* Able to follow procedures and document information accurately.
* Good judgment about when to handle an issue and when to escalate it.
* Calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers.
