Customer Sales Specialist

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced CSR / Verifier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to accurately and efficiently verify customer information.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service and support to customers over the phone and email.

Verify customer information, such as name, address, phone number, and insurance information.

Process customer requests and orders.

Resolve customer issues and complaints.

Maintain accurate customer records.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

1+ years of experience in a customer service role.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to accurately and efficiently verify customer information.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
