Description:

  • Engage with potential customers through various channels, primarily WhatsApp, and Facebook, and provide them with detailed information about Edversity's courses and programs.
  • Actively identify and reach out to leads, initiate conversations, and maintain regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, providing exceptional customer service and guidance throughout their enrollment journey.
  • Understand each individual's educational needs, career goals, and challenges to recommend the most suitable courses and specialization programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to align strategies and achieve enrollment targets.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' offerings to offer competitive insights and suggestions for improvement.
  • Utilize Edversity's CRM system to track leads, record interactions, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in virtual events and webinars to generate leads and promote Edversity's offerings.
